These weeks offer a fantastic opportunity to try something totally new and exciting, or improve the skills you already have with top European coaches. Not only are these sports a fun way to get fit, they improve overall body toning, increase cardiovascular fitness and offer a mental challenge as you master the art of out whitting your oponent.

 

 Martial Arts Week 
December 8th - 17th 2009 & December 14th – 23th 2010
If you would like to learn martial arts, improve your knowledge and skills or learn how to defend yourself then come and take part in our kazan Gasshuku week with Brian Turner.

 Boxing (DK)
February 5th – 12th 2010
Boxing is a popular sport; you will learn how to skip, shadow box and hit on pads and sand sacks to improve your strength physically and mentally – with increased self-confidence.
 

 Fencing   
April 18th – 29th 2010
Find your inner musketeer! Former Pentathlon World Champion, Pernille Svare will teach you fencing techniques, tactics and give you lots of battle practice.

 Kickboxing
June 3rd – 10th 2010
Master Cris Janson-Piers and Kerry-Louise Norbury teach and supervise the sessions, including a variety of kickboxing drills, technical skills and training aimed at all levels of ability.
