These events are aimed at everyone, from beginners to the serious racing club cyclist or Mountain bike rider. Whichever week you decide to join, you will have the opportunity to explore different locations on the island with spectacular views along the way. Ideally, to get the most out of your bike weeks, you should have some experience of cycling and a reasonable level of fitness.

 

 Andy Cook Bike Weeks

Andy Cook shares his broad range of cycling experience with participants, helping them improve their own technique and training while sampling the variety of terrain on Lanzarote .

Why not explore the beautiful volcanic landscape of Lanzarote on mountain bike, get some kilometers in your legs and join our 2 Stage Mountain Bike Race.
 

 Bike Weeks
February 11th - 25th 2010
Geoff Cooke and Ain-Alar Juhanson invite you to kick off the bike season under perfect conditions on Lanzarote. Improve your fitness, gain some valuable advice and make new friends.

 Indoor Cycling  
March 19th – 26th 2010
Club La Santa offers you a chance to pressure yourself on an indoor bike. During the week you will have tested your fitness rating, max pulse, cycling pulse and endurance.

April 9th – 16th 2010
Torben Hjort and Jan Bo Petersen are looking forward guiding you around Lanzarote, whether you are biking for fun or 
preparing for one of the many exercise races around Denmark.
 

 Bike Week with Tayeb Braikia (DK)
April 16th – 23rd 2010
This is a fantastic opportunity to get some kilometers in your legs whilst getting to know other bike enthusiasts. Tayeb Braikia will provide instruction and training in both biking and fitness.
 

 Long Distance Bike Camp 
June 17th – 24th 2010
The camp will help you prepare for big events such as L´Etape du Tour and La Marmotte which take place in Europe during the months of July and August.
